Ingredients:
(Online Conversion utility to convert Gms to Cups & Temperatures etc)
Onions – 2 (Medium Sized)
Green Chili – 1
Chopped Coriander – 1tbsp
Salt to Taste
Curd – 300gms
Method:
Wash and chop the green chili finely. Peel the onions and slice them using a thin slicer. Whip the curd with a whisker and make it smooth. To the whisked curd add sliced onions, finely chopped green chili, salt and half of chopped coriander and mix well. Now onion raita is ready. Serve chilled garnished with the remaining chopped coriander. This dish goes well with Biriyani.
Important Point:
Slicing the onions very thinly is the most important thing in this recipe.
