Ingredients :

1. Instant Oats - 6 Spoons big

2. Grated Dates - 2/3

3. Grated Walnuts -2 or 3

4. Grated Almond -4

5. Pumpkin seeds -10

6. Flax seeds -30

7.Sunflower seeds

8. Raisins - 15

9. Cranberry - 10

10. Grated Pista - 5

11. Low fat Milk - 1/2 litre

12. Soya Milk - 1/4 cup

13. Anjeer - 2

14. Corn flakes (if you like)

Method & Preparations:

1. Boil Milk

2. Put all the above ingredients in a bowl

3. After 10 minutes have the cereal in the morning without sugar. as raisins, dates are all there in it, one need not add sugar.

Tips / Points to Remember :

You also get mixed raisins oatmeal but in that less of oats and more of raisins. Here you have the flexibility.

Instead of Soya milk, one can add Soya Powder and add cardamom for taste. This is a fast & healthy start for children and working people in the morning.
