Points to Observe:

In this dessert we are using oats which are rich in fiber and good for diabetics. Similarly Mangoes, Pomegranate, Dates are also rich in fiber. We get natural nutrients from the fruits used in this recipe. Oats when cooked in milk and cooled absorbs the milk and the milk mixture becomes thick. So use only required quantity of corn flour to thicken the milk.

Use ripe fruits for better sweetness.

We have not used any sugar in this recipe. The natural sweetness of this dessert is obtained from the fruits used. If the fruits are not ripe or sweet add a table spoon of date syrup.

Serve chilled and enjoy the natural sweet fruit dessert with all your family members.

Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
