This is a Text Recipe, not a Video. Due to commitments on home front and paucity of time it is becoming difficult to make videos of all known recipes. If I have to make a video only before I’m to share these recipes, it is likely to take considerable time. Meanwhile there is also an urge to share these recipes for the benefit of my viewers. These recipes are prepared, perfected and tasted at home. Hence they too carry the same commitment and conviction as in videos, while I share them with you. As and when these text recipes are converted into videos, the above photograph would be replaced with its video. Enjoy!!!
- Bananas – 2 (Peeled Bananas 140gms)
- Curd – 1Cup (330gms
- Powdered Sugar – 2Tbsps (Or To Taste)
- Chocolate Ice Cream – 1/2Cup (110gms)
Peel bananas and slice them. Place the sliced bananas in a plate in a single layer and freeze till frozen.
Into a blender add frozen banana slices, curd and powdered sugar. Blend the ingredients in blender till smooth. Add chocolate ice cream and whip to get a frothy smoothie. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Points To Observe:
Do not add ice to chill the smoothie---instead freeze the banana pieces and use.
Add powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar as it mixes well into the smoothie.
Chocolate and banana combination is always a hit. Serve the smoothie chilled on a hot summer day.
