Ingredients:
Mangoes – 2 (320gms) extract pulp from mangoes
Or…
Chilled Milk – 1/2Cup (130gms)
Sugar – To Taste
(Online Conversion utility to convert Gms to Cups & Temperatures etc)
Method:
Into a blender jar add chilled milk, Mango pulp, sugar and Crushed ice and blend well till smooth. Check the sweetness by tasting a little of this mixture. If mangoes are sweeter one may even avoid adding sugar. Pour the mixure into glasses and serve immediately.
