    Ingredients:


  • Chopped Spinach Leaves – 70gms (2/3Cup)
  • Chopped Pineapple Pieces – 110gms (2/3Cup)
  • Sliced Banana Pieces – 100gms (2/3Cup)
  • Thick Curd – 200gms (2/3Cup)
  • Crushed Ice – 110gms (2/3Cup)
  • Salt – To Taste (1/8tsp)
  • Black Salt – To Taste (1/8tsp)
  • Black Pepper Powder – To Taste (1/8tsp)

  • (Online Conversion utility to convert Gms to Cups & Temperatures etc)


    Preparations:


    Wash Spinach and take just leaves and chop them.

    Peel and slice bananas and chop pineapple pieces.


    If curd is not thick, add curd into a fine mesh and place it in refrigerator for one hour to drain excess water.


    Method:
    Crush ice cubes and keep them ready.

    Into a blender jar add chopped spinach leaves, chopped pineapple pieces, sliced bananas, thick curd and crushed ice. Blend the ingredients till smooth. Add salt, black salt and black pepper powder to the blended smoothie and mix. Taste and adjust seasonings according to taste. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

    Point To Notice:

    Spinach gives a nice color without any special taste.
