    Preparations:

Take a serving plate. Break two samosas with fingers and spread in the serving plate. Spread some sweetened curd on the samosa pieces. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder evenly. Spread chat chutney followed by sweet sour chutney on top. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and thin sev evenly and serve immediately.

While preparing this Dahi Samosa keep all the ingredients ready and arrange just before serving so that the samosas would not get soggy. The crispy samosas flavored with chutneys and spiced with powders when mixed in ones mouth brings a unique flavor which can’t be explained but only needs to be experienced. Each spoonful gives a different taste from the earlier one. It is sure that people ask for a second serving---so make sufficient samosas and keep all the chutneys and powders ready and go on a binge.

    Method:

Before preparing this Dahi Samosa keep all the ingredients ready and arrange just before serving so that the samosas would not get soggy.

All the ingredients may be added according to taste.

Add finely chopped onions to give added crunch.

Serve with any chutney of your choice and relish the dish. Do not forget to drink at least two glasses of buttermilk as it works as an antidote for fried snacks.

    Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
