First we need to make sweetened curd.
- Curd – 1/2Cup (145gms)
- Sugar - 3tsps Or According To Taste
- Roasted Cumin Powder
- Chat Chutney
- Thin Sev
- Sweetened Curd
- Sweet Sour Chutney
- Chat Masala Powder
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Take a serving plate. Break two samosas with fingers and spread in the serving plate. Spread some sweetened curd on the samosa pieces. Sprinkle some roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder evenly. Spread chat chutney followed by sweet sour chutney on top. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and thin sev evenly and serve immediately.
Before preparing this Dahi Samosa keep all the ingredients ready and arrange just before serving so that the samosas would not get soggy.
All the ingredients may be added according to taste.
Add finely chopped onions to give added crunch.
