Recipe Text

Ingredients:

  • Coriander – 30gms (1Cup) Washed & Dried In Shade & Finely Chopped

  • Green Chilies – 4 Or To Taste (Wash & Break Them Into Small Pieces)

  • Grated Coconut – 2Tbsps

  • Roasted Bengal Gram – 1Tbsp

  • Salt – To Taste

  • Sugar – 1/2tsp

  • Lemon Juice – 2tsp

(Online Conversion utility to convert Gms to Cups & Temperatures etc)

Method:

To a mixie jar add chopped coriander, green chilies, grated coconut, roastedbengal gram, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Grind the ingredients and add water (90ml) and grind to a smooth paste. Transfer the prepared coriander chutney to a serving bowl.

This chutney may be served with white dhoklas, idlis, instant dhoklas, bhel puri,dahi sev puri, pakoras, bajias etc.. Also spread the chutney on toasted bread slices and serve. Simple & easy to make tasty chutney is used in all chat preparations too!!!

Points To Observe:

Roasted Bengal gram and coconut adds flavor and body to the chutney
