    Preparations:

Wash and clean the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in pressure cooker. Peel the potatoes, mash them and keep aside. Take 4tbsps of cumin seeds in a paper plate and microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Add broken red chilies to the cumin seeds and microwave on high power for 10 seconds. Powder them in a mixie and store. Take mashed potatoes in a plate and add one and half table spoons of roasted cumin-chili powder, 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well and keep it aside.

    Method:

Remove the crusts for all the bread slices. Switch on the sandwich toaster. Now take a bread slice and spread the potato mixture on it. Cover with another bread slice and keep it aside. Similarly make 4 more sandwiches. Add little ghee to the slots in the toaster. Place the prepared sandwiches in the slots. Add some ghee on top of the bread slices in the toaster. Cover it and toast. Wait till the light changes color to green from red. Then remove it from the toaster. Similarly toast all the sandwiches.

Serve hot with tomato sauce. This is an easy to make dish with tasty stuffing. The flavor of roasted cumin seeds and chopped coriander leaves makes this simple preparation a tasty one.

    Lahari Garu,

I think you are having pop-up single bread toaster which is different from sandwich toaster and the former may not be useful for making sandwich toasts. Similarly using red-chilli powder may not bring the fresh flavour of grinding the freshly rosted cumin and chillies.
