Recipe Text

This is a simple recipe for which no text narration is provided. Just follow the video and the English sub-titles.

Mango season is drawing to an end for the year. See my video on how to make a smooth plup for eating, serving, decorating, garnishing and storing.

We wouldn't be eating mango only all through the year, because we would be enjoying other fruits too. Hence if you store a max of 1 Kg of pulp in small containers it should be sufficient to serve, as a novelty for Mango ice-cream & Amaraka
nd in Winters and an occasional mango topping.

In the video what I suggested for storing is for home needs in small quantit
ies, without any preservatives. We need to remember to keep the pulp always under refrigeration & not to thaw the pulp till use. Once thawed, use it.

Enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
