Flat Details



We have recently acquired a brand new 1124 Square feet flat in Mithila homes on Road No 3 at Hari-Puri Colony. This colony can be reached from Viajayawda Highway or along the inner Ring Road. This colony is behind Green Hills colony when we approach through the Ashasta Lakshmi Temple Kamaan on Vijayawada Highway before LB Nagar Crossing. On Ring Road From Uppal to LB Nagar, this colony comes on the left hand side of the main road and is just after Alkapuri but before Kamineni Hospitals.

MITHILA HOMES, our building is located in the Masjid lane opposite to Hotel Swagat Grand / Krishna Hardware on Ring Road. On google maps if you search for "Haripuri colony park, Hyderabad" the location is easy to reach. The GIS coordinates are 17.36268 78.55193 on Google Maps.

Colony and Flat are equidistant from the both the Metros coming up one each on the Vijayawada Highway and Ring Road.

Our flat has a Big Drawing Room with an open Kitchen. This combination gives Open kitchen a spacious look and the Drawing room has a huge appearance. It is adorned by two bedrooms with attached toilets. There is a relatively small balcony-cum-wash area where clothes can be dried and utensils can be cleaned.

The Children bedroom and Kitchen have ample ventilation from the East and the Master bedroom and Kitchen have South ventilation. The hall in the middle is secured with Bedrooms and Kitchen.

The walls are putty finish, having good looks. There are two lofts, one each in both the bathrooms. The kitchen has a huge half-loft. All the rooms have a provision for open cup-boards with shelves.


We have provided new Tube-lights and Fans. There is a bore-well which supplies water and the builder has already applied for Municipal Water connection, which is expected shortly.

Our flat is located on the third floor. There are two floors above my flat and two floor below. In total there are 5 floors and each floor has 4 flats, thus making it a nest for 20 residents.

All the flats have car parking in the basement. Lift is provided and functional. School buses come very near to the building. There is a park just across, which is a land mark in the locality and is just two houses away. It is visible from my flat. The fitness freaks can  have early morning walk to remain healthy. We have an open terrace, which is accessible to all and is ideal for morning Yoga and exercises. It can be used for formal get-together & functions and informal evening congregations

Its our dream house where we intend to settle in future after 8 years and till such time intend to put into safe hands

We are on the look-out of a family who are decent, cultured and would keep the house clean. They shouldn't drive nails and spoil the walls. We expect the floor to be swept and wiped atleast once in a day. The flat is suitable for a small family of 2+2, i.e two elders and two kids.

People employed in Banks or Central Government or  Public sector or Teachers or in Reputed Software & Private Sector only would be chosen. It's a personal choice for this segment, without any malice to others. Lawyers, Police, Businessmen need not approach. We belong to middle class and expect people of middle class who understand the difficulties of a middle class.

We fix a rent of Rs 6500/- per month, with two months rent as deposit. There would be a hike of 10% every year over that of previous year and a deposit hike too in an equal proportion. The tenant has to deposit 12 post dated multi-city cheques, one for each month for the next one year, which would be deposited into my bank account for the remaining one year. At the time of vacation the advance would be returned after deducting for the breakages and damages if any to the flat.

The rent of Rs 6500/= per month is exclusive of maintenance. The tenant need to pay the maintenance charges to the Association and electricity charges separately. Any arrears would be recovered from the deposit

We have consciously kept the rent lower compared to the market because we would insist for proper upkeep and maintenance. Similarly the tenant shouldn't drive nails and spoil the walls and flooring. Yes it may sound funny, but while at Vizianagaram in a rented house I could could comfortably stay for 5 years even without putting a single nail in the house. Even the wall clock was mounted on the wall without a nail being put!! Hence I insist the same.


I and my husband would be visiting Hyderabad to firm up our tenant between 20th to 22th of April 2013. People meeting the above criteria and interested would be facilitated to see the flat. This flat is open for inspection only if both Husband and Wife come TOGETHER. The flat would not be shown to any brokers and other middle-men. The flat would be ready for occupation from 01 May 2013.

It has been a pleasant experience till now with all our tenants at Nallakunta flat in the past twenty years. they were a sort of extended family and till now all our tenants vacated this flat at Nallakunta only when necessitated due their promotion and transfer from Hyderabad or moving into their own house. We desire to have the same warmth and goodwill with our new tenants at Mithila Homes too.
