I had the youngsters in mind when I
launched Gayatrivantillu. My target group were students, bachelors, forced
bachelors, newly married etc., who were far away from home and didn’t have
enough time to discuss culinary topics with their mothers and wives back at
home.
To my surprise I found that my
target group have spinned off new viewership coming from their friends, mothers,
and grandparents too!! When I shared this information with my
father-in-law he jocularly remarked “Oh…. It has come of age!!!”. Over the period this website has also become very popular and
I’m happy to note that it has become a cooking aid mounted on the
laptops in
some kitchens.
I acknowledge the following who
influenced me in my life. Their contribution is either direct or indirect in
terms of ideas, thoughts, technical support etc. The list is prepared and
appended as when I recollect their contribution. It should not be treated
as a ranking order.
- Shri Sanjay Thumma, the Chef of www.vahrehvah.com
